Nicholette has developed a diverse practice with experience handling civil litigation cases involving business litigation, contract disputes, consumer protection and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, real estate litigation, construction disputes and the Residential Construction Liability Act, fiduciary litigation, and a variety of business disputes. Nicholette is most passionate about serving individuals and small business entities, and advocating capably for their interests in the legal arena.
Away from the office, Nicholette enjoys spending time with her family, being active, traveling, and volunteering in the community.

Faye spends the majority of her time shepherding her clients through various family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, property division, child custody, child support, adoption, pre-marital agreements, grandparent visitation, and parental rights. Faye is also capable of assisting others with the resolution of their family laws cases by serving as a certified mediator. The remainder of her practice is devoted to general civil litigation including insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Away from work, Faye and Steven try to stay one step ahead of their three children, which is no easy task. Faye enjoys traveling and she endeavors to go to Round Top, Texas as often as possible.

Steven’s practice is primarily dedicated to matters involving commercial litigation and insurance defense. Accordingly, Steven spends his days representing his clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters involving commercial disputes, automobile accidents, industrial accidents, construction defects, oil and gas disputes, real property disputes, and other complex issues associated with a variety of different industries.
When he’s not at the office, Steven and Faye play zone defense against their three wonderful children. In the Fall, Steven and Faye can be found watching Texas A&M football in the stands at Kyle Field. Time permitting, Steven enjoys playing golf, reading, and traveling with his family.

For over twenty-five years, Keith’s practice has been devoted primarily to insurance defense and commercial litigation. In the course of his practice, Keith has had the pleasure of representing his clients in matters including, but not limited to, personal and commercial automobile accidents, industrial accidents, and products liability cases. Keith also applies his experience to help others resolve disputes as a certified mediator.
Away from the office, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and children. An avid sports fan, Keith frequently travels to Waco to watch his beloved Baylor Bears. He also serves as an umpire for high school baseball games throughout East Texas.

Ron’s work focuses on the legal issues faced by a wide variety of business ventures as his clients look to him for advice on matters including entity formation, business operations, ownership issues, employment disputes, and general contractual matters. Additionally, Ron has the requisite skills and experience necessary to represent his clients in litigation that may arise from their business operations.
When the demands of his practice subside, Ron and his wife stay busy keeping up with their two children. Ron serves as our resident expert on all things related to University of Texas athletics. Time permitting, he enjoys playing tennis and reading.

Morgan’s area of practice is primarily insurance defense and represents clients in litigation matters including automobile accidents and industrial accidents. Morgan also occasionally handles family law matters and wills and estates.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their two goldendoodles, Brinkley and Huntley. Morgan and Daniel are Texas A&M football fans and enjoy travelling, their favorite destination being College Station, Texas in the fall.

Desmond’s primary focus is in the area of insurance defense. Desmond also has experience in premises liability, construction law, medical malpractice, and other complex legal matters. Desmond has represented clients ranging from singe individuals to fortune 500 companies. Desmond’s goal is to not just obtain justice, but acquire the best possible outcome for every client he represents.
Away from the office, Desmond enjoys spending time with is family. As a former member of the Baylor football team, Desmond is still an avid follower of the Baylor Bears. When not practicing law, Desmond can often be found hanging out with his nieces or nephews, or out playing golf.

Frank’s work focuses primarily on the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. In the course of his practice, Frank represents both individuals and business in litigated matters involving automobile accidents, industrial accidents, commercial disputes, discrimination claims, and other complex legal matters. He also represents minor children in personal injury matters and in Child Protective Services removal cases.
Away from the office, Frank serves on the boards of Keep Tyler Beautiful and the Smith County Young Lawyers Association, and is active in his church. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and children and following Texas A&M Football.
